Hey friends and family! I hope you are doing well. There is good news to report here from New York City! At the end of May, New Life Fellowship offered me a permanent position and I officially accepted. They hired me on as “Operations Administrator,” which basically means I’ll be running the behind-the-scenes operations for the church—this includes managing the database, the network, some of the administrative staff, and helping to coordinate the Sunday morning services. I’m still getting adjusted to the new position, but I think this job is a great fit for me while I’m still discovering who God’s made me to be. I’m getting to use a lot of my technical skills, which I really enjoy. Also, I’ll be able to continue to do some “pastorship” type job duties on the side, such as Bible study leading and coaching among other things, which I’m really excited about as well.
